RESIDENTIAL PROJECT

This Dutch Craftsman Revival, nestled in the quaint village of South Nyack, was transformed using classic materials with a modern philosophy in mind. Rows of upright Hornbeams were selected to create privacy from many neighboring homes, while not taking up too much real estate. The home’s facade was updated with an earthy gray color. A new timeless bluestone walkway was added to improve accessibility to the front entry. In the backyard a circular cobblestone patio was created with creeping thyme joints where the couple enjoys fires at night.
