This relaxed Tribeca rooftop employed clever materials to address load concerns and adhere to a strict budget. Light, rubber jewelry forms were used as pavers as an artful way to stay within the load restrictions. Potted shrubs were speckled throughout to create a lush, lived in aesthetic.
